Music and Cultural Advisor

I am currently on contract as an Advisor in the music section for Acción Cultural Española, the Spanish agency that orchestrates public support for the promotion of culture, both in Spain and overseas. A/CE’s purpose is to promote “Spain’s rich and plural artistic legacy and fostering the internationalisation of its most contemporary creative and culture sector.”

As a music advisor for the agency’s PICE program, I am involved in evaluating applications for the program’s financial grants for Spanish artists traveling abroad as well as foreign artists, programmers and academics coming to Spain to participate in festivals, conferences and other arts events.

I have also been part of a team curating programming of Spanish artists for international events.
