REAL-I-TY[Mar. 5, 2005] In late 2004, when this comic was published in Street, the Miami Herald's arts weekly, Miami's "luxury" real estate market was booming. Today, Biscayne Boulevard still ain't Park Avenue, honest people are losing their homes, and a lot of speculators are stuck with condos they can't sell. We hate to say we told you so, but here it is...
BLACK MARKET[Mar. 4, 2005] You'll find no Gap stores, Aveda salons, or - never mind the name- Urban Oufitters in Miami's inner city. But that's alright. At Flea Market USA, they're doing it for themselves.
